About Ethos Catering
Ethos Catering is taking the reins at the Byron Bay Bowling Club Bistro, bringing a fresh Cypriot and Greek- inspired twist to pub classics. With a commitment to local sourcing, Ethos uses the best ingredients the Norther Rivers has to offer.
Organic and free range whenever possible, complimented by seasonal herbs & veggies from our very own garden in Bangalow. We even work with a local pita maker to perfect those authentic flavours!
